Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a hazy, dull yellow color and is topped with a couple of inches of beige head that leaves decent lacing.
It is a citrusy medicinal smell. There is some dankness and pine as well.
The taste follows the nose. It has a medicinal flavor with citrus. The finish is grapefruit and pine.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
This is a smooth drinking high abv beer. It is not my favorite Hoof beer, but I certainly won't complain about it.
