Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours bright yellow and turbid. It is topped with an inch of beige head that disappears quickly leaving little trace.
Pineapple, citrus, and tropical fruit are up front. The Marshmallow comes after.
It has a great citrus flavor that is complimented by the pineapple. The marshmallow and vanilla add a sweetness and drinkability that is scary.
Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
Nine percent alcohol by volume and chuggable. This might be my favorite Clipboard variant. I need to try the peach version again. It is my reining champ of the Clipboards.
