Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a dark yellow color and is turbid. It is topped with a couple inches of off white head that leaves rocky lacing.
It has a grapefruit and citrus nose. There are hints of melon and tropical fruit.
The taste starts out with more tropical fruit and a little melon. Grapefruit rushes in and carries into the finish. Hints of pine are also in the finish.
Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
This is a nice NEIPA. It hits all the elements with tropical fruit and a lightly bitter finish.
