Served in a snifter
This beer pours a brilliant straw color. It has little head and no retention.
A little catty smelling with a nice tart aroma. I have no idea what lulo fruit is, so I don't know if I smell it or not.
The taste starts out with pear and green apple. I get that catty taste in the middle. The sourness kicks in and takes it to the finish. Lingering tartness.
Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel
This is pretty good. The mosaic adds some unique profiles to this beer.
