16 ounce can, canned on 7/17/2023. Served in a tulip glass, the beer pours a cloudy pinkish/red color with about an inch or so light pink head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. I like the aroma, the brew smells like tropical fruit, lime, raspberries, salt and coriander. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also the addition of some passionfruit, lychee and a bit of grainy malt flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and a bit creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, good amount of fruitiness but definitely on the stronger side for a Gose style ale. Still, I liked it. Certainly worth a try if you come across some!

Pours a hazy, pink-red color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma of citrus fruits and raspberry. Taste is salty and sour raspberry. Smooth and creamy.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku glass from a one pint can on October 19, 2022. Notes of corriander, bitter citrus, berries and passion fruit. The blend of ingredients doesn't quite add up for me.

Hoof Hearted produces another gem!
This baby pours ruby red with little fizz. The stink is fruity and a bit out of this world. Cook up some stuff! It tastes very unlike traditional gose, with loads of infused fruit and sugars (?) and who knows what. It leaves a fruited boozy feeling.
Recommended. You know you need anything from this brewer.

1 PINT can
Served in tulip glass
This beer pours a lovely red hue with pinkish amber highlights. It is topped with a fleeting head.
Surprisingly the lime and coriander are the first things I smell. The raspberry and passionfruit follow.
The lime, raspberry, and passionfruit along with the coriander and salt make a refreshing flavor. No flavor is over the top. Each sip has a briny, fruity thirst quenching effect.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
This is a refreshing beer on a disgustingly humid day.

I tried this beer at the Columbus brewery/Pub as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear purpleish amber with no head and no lace. The scent had berry fruit and floral spice flare. The taste was sour leaning but still pretty easy to drink. There was sour ripe berry fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good sour.
