1 PINT can
Served in a pilsner glass
This beer pours a golden hue and is topped with a couple inches of beige head that clings to the side of the glass.
Malty and grain aromas. HInt of light citrus. Lemon. Lime. Earthy
Malty, minerally, earthy, herbaceous, and slightly bitter. Hints of lime and lemon.
Medium bodied with a gritty mouthfeel
Not my favorite Hoof Hearted offering.

Canned on 1-9-23
A - Hazy medium gold with sticky white lacing.
S - Aroma is flat and isn't there, not what I expected from Hoof Hearted. (If the brewery wants to complain about this particular review, look at my other ones for your berrs, I really like them.)
T - Nice citrus aftertaste and no crackery malt bone to support it.
M - Medium body with light carbonation.
O - I love this brewery but this "Pilsner" just "exists" and has no personality whatsoever. Avoid.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74! Cheers Dude! This unique
Italian pils pours a lightly cloudy pale straw color with a very nice head of white
foam that settles to a fat ring, thick layer, and shows excellent lacing. Nose of
lemon zest, apple, light breaded malts, and spicy hops. Flavors follow but
excel in presentation with breaded malts, lemon zest, herbal hops, spicy hops,
touch of white pepper, and touches of apple. Nice mouth feel; medium light body,
medium effervescent carbonation that is very lively, and a spicy lightly bitter hop finish.
Overall----nice and unique!
Cheers

16 ounce can, canned on 3/7/2022. Served in a Hoof Hearted Teku, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like bready/grainy malt, apple, pear and some spicy hops. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but I think the spicy hop stands out somewhat compared to the bready/grainy malt and apple/pear flavors. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's a bit slick and smooth, and easy enough to drink with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall pilsner, worth picking up if you get the chance to!
