From the 16 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74---Cheers Dude!
This monster blend pours a pitch black with a dissipating head of
light brown foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and
sports some faint lacing with nice legs. Nose of dark coffee, dark
bakers chocolate, vanilla, char, deep roast, molasses, and roasted nuts.
Flavors hit their mark with toasted coconut, faint bourbon, vanilla,
char, dark coffee, dark bittersweet chocolate, and a hint of soy.
Mouth feel is full, lightly slick, coating, rich, light carbonation, and
finishing with a bitter malt note.
Overall---meaty, beaty, big, and bouncy.
Cheers

16 ounce can, 2022 vintage, purchased at the brewery a while back. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch and a half tan head that stuck around a little bit. Small amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like vanilla, roasted malt, cinnamon, caramel and some bourbon. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some burnt/charred malt, oak, rum, coffee, coconut and dark bready flavors. There's a lot going on here but with no one flavor overpowering the others. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's rich and smooth with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was pretty good, worth trying if you get the chance to!

1 PINT can
Served in an imperial nonic pint glass
This beer pours black and is topped with a couple inches of dark head disappears fairly quickly leaving no lacing.
I smell some chocolate, vanilla, caramel, oak, booze, and anise,
I get some chocolate upfront. Then I get oak. There is some coffee in the aftertaste. I get some booze. Just not a lot going on for a 3-way mutant cuvée.
Full bodied with a dryish mouthfeel
It's almost like they said "Hey, we are Hoof Hearted. Let's dump three boozy BA stouts together and sell it at our Dragonsaddle release." Other than the fact that it is 13.5% abv, it is unremarkable, yet priced like a remarkable beer. I'm glad I split my 2 pack with a buddy.
