A - Pours out a pale yellow-orange body, translucent but super hazy, lots of white head, fading to a cap, and thin line bubbles.
S - Strong citrus of lime and tangerine, zest and a touch of pith. Some strong acidity signals the big hop hit this one delivers.
T - Superb taste that follows the nose, with citrus and tropical notes, pineapple and mango, with a bit of grass and resin hop beneath, and a pith note of bitterness in the finish.
M - Decent carbonation, but a noticeable hoppy burn and a bit of alcohol warmth. Given the big, bulky flavor, the finish is fairly clean and quiet, leaving just a touch of build over time.
O - Typical solid DIPA from Hoof Hearted, with full, rangy flavors, decent control on the feel, and a mission to make this bad boy highly drinkable. A big, fun brew.
