Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a murky plum hue and is topped with an inch of pinkish head that leaves spotty lacing.
It has a nice, tart raspberry aroma. I get some chocolate and coffee & cream notes.
Tart raspberry upfront. Chocolate and coffee in the finish. The tartness and raspberry build and start to dominate the flavor after about half the beer is gone. The vanilla adds a hint of sweetness.
Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
Good kettle sour. The coffee made it intriguing for me.
