On tap at Hoof Hearted in Marengo.
Pours an incredibly hazy light orange with tight white foam that lasts for ages. Aroma is mango, orange juice, vanilla, and a little dankness. Flavor is similar, mango, pineapple, orange Julius, and vanilla, very creamy with a little vegetal flavor on the back end. Sweet and juicy but with a very pleasant dank flavor and a smooth, subtle bitterness. The malts come through well as cream and vanilla, amping up the fruit flavors and smoothing out the bitterness. It's extremely fresh but not bright or overwhelming at all and is shockingly refreshing. It's not a hot day but it's humid and I was surprised at how a sweet, creamy beer could hit the spot so well. Feel is great, very slick and dense but it doesn't finish too sticky. Incredibly flavorful and medium bodied but very easy to drink.
Hoof Hearted is always very expensive and never fresh in my area, but I thought the one can of theirs I got that was fresh was really great. It was worth the hassle finding the brewery; this beer is incredible.
