Mouthfeel suffers a bit, but that seems to be a common thread in Prarie's 3.2 offerings. Come on, give us some malt! The Brits can do it on session beers, so I know it's possible. Otherwise this one is fantastic. Huge raspberry presence in the color, nose, and adds tartness to the flavor. Underlying Brett funkiness but the raspberries are all "voulez vous couchet aver moi, se soir"

On tap at the brewery. Comes a clear pale red with a small pinkish head. This is similar to one of their other beers (Vous Francais) but with raspberries added. Served only at the brewery to conform to Oklahoma laws. Nice tartness.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
