This hazy IPA is more high-octane than it appears thinking it was just another 7% cookie cutter. Beer itself is hazy but also kind of chunky with sediment and a nice quarter inch of foam that settles to a good ring. Smell is citrus some lime and papaya hops smells pretty balanced no boozy tones. definitely more of a citrus forward IPA but still rather fruity with a good balance and just a slight burn of ethanol in the finish. Body is decent much heavier than I wanted or expected from the brewery. Overall for a double hazy IPA it's not bad but it definitely doesn't make me want to drink another

Pours a hazy golden color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is citrus. Tastes sweet with a hint of orange. No hoppy bitterness. Very refreshing and light for a NEIPA. Good summer beer.

poured from can into pint glass.
A: super hazy, cloudy, golden/orange body, producing a billowing white head with low retention and peppered lacing, leaving a scattered foam cap across the surface
S: wheat-orange peel-pepper dashed spice off the top; citrus in the orange takes a victory lap and brings in the slightly bitter earthy hop and light booze heat; whole thing winds down with a slight malt kicker before finishing back on the bittersweet dance of orange peel and hops.
T: sweet citrus bittersweet orange peel and light creamy malt listening to earthy hops in surround sound, finishing boozy and earthy with slight pepper. changes tempos after you sit with this one a while. the spiced notes kick it up a notch. the booze is no longer wandering, it's up front, and brings earthy hops up on the mainstage with it. citrus and malt are still kicking it in the background but they're spectators at this point.
F: low carbonation. medium-light body (fluffy/creamy). a slight dry earthy finish with a booze pep and leaving a minimal coating on the inner cheeks and tongue
Overall (personal opinion):
this brew is a lot of different things at once. it's like a an IPA paid tribute to a hefeweizen, or maybe the other way around. maybe it's like a gig and hefeweizen opens up for IPA, but they do that thing where they wear eachothers swag onstage. and they're all drinking vodka. it changes it up about halfway thru the act (assuming you sit and enjoy over about 30-1 hr) and believes heavily in the source material. it's creamy, but crisp. it's spiced with coriander and cracked pepper and orange peel but then there's a pine tree in the mix, complete with roots and all the clumped earth under there too. BUT IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. it's like hearing an emo band cover a 90s ballad. you know both of their influences and now you have a crossroads where these two awesome weirdos meet. then you look at the artwork on the can and notice there's a lot of "two" or "pairing" references on there and that the brew's name is "all y'all" which screams "togetherness" and all I can say now is that it's a complicated beautiful mess but be patient and you might find your next deep cut reference in your local "hazy ipa group hang"
a solid 4.1-something points to Gryffindor.
*shoutout to GratefulBeerGuy who totally made the vodka connection. solid review, dude.

12 oz. Can 1/9/2020. Opened and reviewed on: 3/9/2020 8.8%abv.
Totally unfiltered look with lots of floaties bits swirling around in the orange and gold color. Creamy white foam hat is creamy and bubbly. Scattered cover. Nice lace.
The nose has golden wheat with citrus, mild pepper and creamy malt smells that are actually pretty subtle. The orange peel and smooth scented golden malt pops out most.
After the sip a few things catch my palates attention: 1. The super smooth, yet crisp feel. Heavy, yet somehow bright.
2. Boozy and sweet golden creamy malt effect is heady.
3. Grainy and peppery citrus hop with vodka soaked pineapple complexity seems to go on and on.
4. Flavor has some heavy hitters, so it mutates constantly with every sip.
5. A dry, earthy finish with another round of boozy heat.
Careful and take care with this one. Sip slow and enjoy it for a while.

Light copper to dark gold with a mild haziness. There a half inch of dishwater white on top. Heavy lacing. The aroma is of lemon and lime. I’m tasting lemon, lime, and a touch of pineapple. The mouth is light and easygoing.

12 oz can February 16, 2020. Bringing “All Y’all” together for our collaboration with American Solera. For this DIPA we picked a mix of our favorite juicy and tropical hops that we’ve brewed with over the years. This combo hits all the right spots. Orange, pineapple and passion fruit dominate the flavor and aroma on this 7.5% beer.
