I bought this dark Saison from the Prairie Artisan Ales brewpub in Tulsa. It is not very strong, ABV 4.00%, IBU 18. It is easy drinking, but a little bit untypical, yet good. I would say that it is a Saison with hints of a porter. This is another great Prairie Product.
Look: black with a very thick mocca colored head
Aroma: roasted malts, grapefruit
Taste: It's roasted malts, chocolate, a bit tart, grapefruit perhaps, some banana, well carbonated.
Feel: light to medium
