From the 650 ml. bottle with an apparent date of 02319. Or that might just be a code. Sampled on April 9, 2020.
I am not fond of the ruby red color. It looks like a Merlot with a foamy white head. Fine clarity though.
The aroma is at first full of berries, with other fruity and floral characteristics, some funk, and a more modest toasted crust note.
Light and smooth body.
Bright sweet berry and fruity taste notes and not as tart as I thought it might be. Ends dry. This will be a one-off for me.

Poured from a 25.4 oz bottle into a stemmed tulip glass.
Pours a deep ruby color with a minimal pink head. The head leaves some cobwebs before settling into a thin ring.
The aroma brings notes of barnyard funk, berries, grass, and green apple. There's plenty of lemony tartness with a hint of wheat on the back.
The taste is much dryer than expected. Lots of grass, with some hibiscus and hay followed by some faint notes of berries and green apples. Not a lot of Brett on the flavor.
The feel is light bodied with pretty good carbonation. Crisp, with an extremely dry finish.
Overall, a solid but underwhelming saison. The nose is tart and modestly complex but the flavor is entirely standard for the style. Not bad by any means but not really worth trying again.

This is an unusual and beautiful Saison.
Look: red and somewhat purple with a finger thick white head. The color is beautiful, especially in the sunshine.
Aroma: hibiscus, hint of red berry, some brett funk
Taste: The flavor is hibiscus, and a vague tart and bitter berry flavor like cranberry or lingonberry, some yeast and brett funk.
Body/Overall: light body, easy drinking but a bit watery

Definitely a pretty color, a purple-ish pink.
Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Effervescent, but no lasting head or lacing. Pleasant floral smell. Fruity, floral, slightly herbal taste, hint of strawberry. A bit thin. Not bad but probably not something to repeat.

L: Poured from a bottle to a snifter glass. Had a blood red color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, off white, somewhat long-lasting head. Not much lacing to speak of.
S: A so-so aroma of funky yeast, a floral quality, light fruit, malt, and some berries.
T: Tasted of tinge of malt (barely a factor), some light berry notes (raspberry, maybe?), a decent amount of funky yeast, a some (but not a lot) of the advertised hibiscus, and light apple notes. This is kind of a thin flavor all around. A lot of the ingredients are there, but they seemed very muted and watery. Uninteresting.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a somewhat thin finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: A bit of a misfire here. Not awful, but flat.

Hot ruby body with plenty of white foam. Smell is brett, some barnyard funk, some sweet red fruits, but overall pretty faint. Taste has strong brett and hibiscus, some straw, apple, grass, berries, and then a finish that tastes like paper. Feel is slightly grainy, drier and thin. So many do brett saisons really well, this one missed the mark for me.

Pour s an effervescent Chablis color with a thumb+ of pinkish head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Barnyard and then the nose just peters out
T: Faint blueberry notes, Hibiscus, dryness& a little grassyness up front. Slight acidity as this warms, a little more Hibiscus & dryness. Finishes dry with a little blueberry
MF: Light body, restrained carbonation
The Brett is very low profile here, drinks easy enough, but mpt delivering flavor or adhering to style, a yawner

A: Pours up a deep ruby red, like strawberry jam, with a minimal ring of lightly pink tinged white foam.
S: Cotton Candy, Funk, Fruit punch, Kool Aid.
T: Immediate fruit punch, earthy hibiscus, some lightly tannic astringency and some bretty funk, with touches of a floral wheatiness.
M: Very juicy, but decently dry. could have been a bit sharper, more carbonated.
O: Overall a very enjoyable beer, I enjoy Francais more, but it's a matter of personal preference, it was a fun experience. I wouldn't buy it for myself again, but it was good.
