Aroma is mild fruit, spicy hops and malts/big cereal grains. The flavor is mild fruit, malts/big cereal grains, a small hint of vinous and a spicy/bitter hop finish.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of fizzy foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of bread crust, cracker and floral notes. It tasted of sweet caramel and toffee with a mild bitterness.

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly lemony, with grassy and spicy hops, and some crackery aromas.
This isn’t exactly a style I would expect Prairie to do well, but this was surprisingly pretty nice. It’s crackery and clean, with a lemony and spicy hop character to it, and is overall just clean with no flaws.
This is light bodied, crisp, and quite drinkable.
This is well done and appropriately unassuming.
