Growler: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light hay notes. Taste is also dominated by clean cereal notes, light residual sugar notes with light hay and fruity ester notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but I think the yeast signature could be more pronounced or maybe a bit more peppery.

Appearance: It has a nice hazy golden/yellow color to it. It has a nice white head that dies down moderately fast and leaves some lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of Belgian yeast, lemon zest, wheat and faint peppery spices.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some Belgian yeast, lemon, citrus, wheat, a light breadiness and faint pepper.
Mouthfeel: It has a low-medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas.

Poured from a 32oz growler into a stemmed tulip glass.
Growler was 2 days old!
Pours a grassy, straw color with lots of sudsy, white head (nice for a growler). Both the aroma and taste are relatively one note. The beer is light on those yeasty Belgian characteristics; it is light and refreshing with a subtle malt profile with a dry pine finish. In the background, there is a bit of citrus fruit and lemon and maybe a touch of spice. It has a medium light body and decent carbonation making it light and refreshing.
