Growler: Poured a clear dark brown ale with a medium off-white foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of roasted malt with some light dry yeast notes with some herbal hops notes. Taste is also a mix of roasted malt with some light dry yeast notes and herbal hops. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting take on the style but prefer my saison with more rustic and dry notes.
