A nice fruity saison for a warm summer day. Out of the growler, poured a deep hazy yellow with a persistent, thin sparkling head. I got fruity notes of lemon candy, banana, all the way to something like tart kiwi (?), together with a solid malt backbone with evident wheat malt and spice reminiscent of Belgian wit. Finish was dry and very refreshing, as advertised!

Growler: Poured a hazy blonde color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of malt notes with light residuals sugar notes with some peppery yeast notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of lightly sweet malt notes with light rustic and peppery yeast notes with some light tingling tart notes. Body is about a full for style with good carbonation. Very refreshing for hot summer days though a bit short on complexity.
