Beyond the pale tropical breeze. 473 ml can into a beer mug. Review from notes
Appearance- Mostly clear yellowy beer with multiple fingers of head. Spider lacing and good frothy retention.
Smell- Light sweet citrusy aroma, bready backbone and. A touch of yeastiness. Mango and passion fruit is the citrus impact.
Taste- Light and fruity with solid. Ready and yeasty qualities. Probably too sweet and I can’t see drinking more than one in a go because of it.
Mouthfeel- Light bodied with spritzy carbonation and rather juicy as opposed to the dry finish of many Saisons.
Overall- A cross breed that works but a bit to sweet and too unsaidon like to make this a repeat purchase.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of hoppy floral undertones of citrusy with some light rustic malt presence. Taste is also a mix of floral hops undertones with rustic malt presence and a dry hoppy finish. Body is light with good carbonation. Enjoyable session hoppy saison.

Well made hoppy saison. An adequate hoppy aroma and taste up front, good flavour for 4.5% abv. Yeasty finish, which only is stronger at the end of the can.
