At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From their Hoptastic Voyage boxset at my favourite LCBO at Tecumseh Mall in nearby Windsor. Canned April 10/25. My 13th beer from the Ottawa, Ontario brewery, and 7th for 2026. With Sundae the cat's awestruck approval...

473 mL can from the LCBO, included in Beyond the Pale's Hoptastic Voyage mixed pack. Dated Apr 20 2025 and served barely chilled. I think this might be the first Sesame Street reference I've come across in the beer world.
Pours a relatively clear pale yellow colour, its complexion fogged up slightly by the presence of some sandy flecks of sediment. It's capped with more than an inch of loose, soapy white head that seeps away within three or four minutes, steadily whittled down to a frothy collar and a patch of film on the surface; a modest smattering of delicate lace sticks to the glass. The aroma is understated, offering up hints of wheaty, grainy pale malts, peach and floral hops.
Not bad, but not great either. I'm tasting peach and honeydew melon, backed by flavours of grainy malts and wheat; maybe a touch of lemon, with grassy, floral hops rounding out the back end. Mildly bitter, concluding with an off-dry aftertaste. Light in body, with moderately assertive carbonation that gives some bite to this light IPA's smooth mouthfeel. Easy to drink quickly, and not interesting enough to take your time with anyhow.
Final Grade: 3.64, a passable B grade. Teeny Little Superguy is OK, but it's not a brew I plan to revisit often. Pretty light in terms of both flavour and aroma - and I get that it's only 3.6%, but at the end of the day, it's barely above average when compared to the slew of other Ontario-made session IPAs littering the shelves these days. Not one of the better BTP beers I've come across, but I wouldn't discourage other BAs from giving it a try.
