16oz can served in a big snifter. Date: Canned on 08/11/21, Best By 08/11/22 (the month is pretty hard to read). Received from @WunderLlama in NBS BIF #14.
Pours a clear golden with a small head. Smell is lager yeast, bread, and maybe a little grassiness.
Taste is surprisingly rich. Grainy, moderate sweetness. Good grassy finish.
Mouthfeel is light, tending slightly heavier. Overall, pretty good beer.

A medium strong pour was needed to reach a finger of white soapy foam with average retention and small blotches of lace. Pale straw color with some haze, I can't read through it.
Cracker greets the nose with fresh baked bread and abundant floral hops.
Very faint alcohol and some pie dough lurk in the background.
Neutral on sweetness with low bitterness, not much to report, basic Pale/Pilsner malt profile with mild hops and low bitterness. Very well attenuated with a quick clean finish.
The aftertaste is short with a slight rise in hop bitterness.
Light body with lasting carbonation, smooth easy drinker. About as true to style as possible minus the haze.
Labeled as a Bohemian Pilsner. BB 10/1/20.

A rather rare discovery of an excellent example of a Bohemian Style Pilsner brewed in New England. I'm not a fan of the product name but I'm definitely a big fan of the product itself. My only regret is that it's not yet available (to the best of my knowledge) in NH but fortunately at least the brewery is not far from Rte. 495 as is a Wines and More store in Mansfield where I purchased this example. Hope to make another visit soon.

Draft at the brewery
Nice foamy bubbly head, moderate retention and lacing, crystal clear honey blond color
Nose very nicely lagered, crisp, with good grainy sweet malty slight doughy like, layers of grainy malt, mild floral hop, very nicely done, very slight pilsner DMS
Taste more of the same, grainy sweet malt, little straw and hint corn pilsner DMS, doughy cracker bread, soft clean lager, medium hop bitterness with saazer like floral but slight herbal spicy notes, balance starts favoring malts then finishes quite hoppy. Dry finish bit more corn and pilsner malts, hint fruity
Mouth is med bodied with carb on the lighter side, but soft crisp lager
Overall this was a very well done bohemian pilsner... I wish the Helles was a well rounded as this, but regardless this was very well concocted.
