Thanks to JLindros for hooking me up with a can. No date on the bottom or side.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice slightly hazy golden straw hue with a big almost three finger white head that faded slowly to leave some decent rocky lacing and a thick blanket.
S - Aromas of slightly sweet lightly toasted grains, not much esters or such going on, really subtle funk. I really enjoy the grain aroma going on here though, it has good depth. Some light white wine and grape skin. Not getting much fruit or things like that, however, I cycle back to that initial lovely grain flash on the nose.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice grains up front and malts, little bit of almost banana like esters, decent wheat. I struggle to get any fruity notes at all here but yet again what's there is quite pleasant. Like a subtle Belgian saison mixed with a subtle hefe. Slight flash of spicy phenols on the finish.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body is decent but the lack of any type of assertive carbonation hurts this one.
O - It's not bad at all, quite enjoyable in fact, but it really needs to pick a direction and go with it. Would I have it again, sure, but I wouldn't go into it thinking I was about to drink a saison.

Draft at the brewery
Large pillowy thick head with great retention and sticky lacing, very clear light blond pale color
Nose sweet grainy malt, little doughy malt, mild fruity esters, citrus notes, light white wine and grape skin in the background, lemongrass notes, light tangerine and melon
Taste more grainy-sweet malt, but not sweet, little doughy grainy but not cracker, fruity esters both yeast and hop derived, light white wine almost sauvignon blanc like, little tangerine, grapefruit, and honeydew melon, lemongrass, mild bitterness, dry finish, light grassy hop finish, little creamy and touch of wheat and vanilla, light phenol spices
Mouth is lighter bod, bright fizzy carb little effervescent
Overall a bit on the lighter side for malt but very enjoyable summer beer
