Medium bodied blonde ale with hints of strawberry, balanced with light malt and European hops. Starts with a strawberry aroma and finishes crisp, light & refreshing. A beer with flavor! NOT a flavored beer!

12 oz. can - Sticker on top of 6-pack plaster container holder stamped 4/24/19:
Pours golden with a creamy white heat that thins after sipping. Web-like trailing lace.
The smell is of some grain with a whiff of fresh strawberries.
The taste is of grain with a touch of noble hops. There is a floral kiss that turns to strawberry in the finish. Strawberries linger through aftertaste.
It is light-bodied. A bit of water shows, but it is crisp and refreshing. Very smooth.
An easy-to-drink summer-like brew. A blonde ale with a subtle hop touch and pleasant strawberry character.

On tap
Pours a light golden color
Aroma is light with hay, strawberry, and wheat
Refreshing beer. Some wet hay character, grain, herbaceous hops, and the finish has a surprising amount of distinct strawberry flavor. Perhaps the strawberry flavor borderlines artificial. Nonetheless, the beer brings what it brags.
Overall, this is an inoffensive light beer. I would chose this over a bud light any day. Good for a summer beer. Worked well with their beer cheese pretzels, spinach dip, and bison and elk chili. It gets a 75/100.

quite a bit to like about this one, although it also has a few holes in it. i think its one of the better uses of strawberry i have seen in a not wild beer. it is a stretch as a blonde though, as there is a little haze to it, not a ton of pink, but a little color, and more flavor than i am used to in the style. the head is huge and airy, definitely on the edge of over carbonated, but i like the mouthfeel a whole lot. the strawberries are authentic tasting, not over dosed, and really sort of tart and sweet at the same time, more like the little wild ones than the ones you buy in plastic at the grocery store. its also kind of yeasty for a blonde, not funky or belgian or weird or anything, but far less refined than most of these, and i like that more rustic nature of it. some jammy flavor for a second, a hint of vanilla and honey, but dry in the big picture. carbonated about as aggressively as any beer out there, but it works in this style, which really isnt very good without this kind of life to it. refreshing but unpolished, my first beer from these guys has my attention...
