Poured from a bottle into a glass.
A very good, golden colored, slightly hazy, foam headed, earthy, fruity, funky, tart, refreshing, farmhouse saison.

Pours golden in color with a 1 finger white head and huge bubbles of carbonation. The head dissipates quickly leaving a thin ring around the glass.
Floral, but reminiscent of banana/clove. Peppery with hints of pear. Citrus and spice with a moderate mustiness.
Taste of tart citrus and spice with earthy yeast. Light bitterness and fading to dry in the end. A little funky at times.
Medium bodied and moderately crisp. Somewhat astringent and drying.
A really good beer. Well rounded. Great attributes. It gets better as it goes.
