Notes: Clear straw gold body beneath a bright white head of froth. Average head retention and lacing. The aroma is grainy with a subtle spiciness and background funkiness. The flavor follows with sweetish grainy malt, an apple-like fruitiness, and soft, perhaps somewhat peppery, spiciness. Stiffly bitter and then dry in the finish. Quite quaffable, and at just 4.0% ABV you could easily have more than one.
