Ruddy amber with a thin light tan head. Modest lacing. Nice aroma of oak, vinegar and cherries. These continue to the taste where they're joined by some sherry notes and a touch of earthy hops. Very dry, clean finish. Medium bodied with strong carbonation. Better than most American examples, but it still falls quite a bit short of the Belgian classics, IMO.

This beer was aged in virgin oak barrels 10-14 months and leads with a nice acidity. Great mouthfeel brings out tart fruit flavors.
