Light gold color and crystal clear. Modest head which soon settles to no bubbles and therefore no lace.
First, I get a burnt/ashen smell. Then I get peach and pear to the nose. Some fresh sliced apple as well.
The flavor is like a soured cider with plenty of hop for bitterness. Above average body with an elevated carbonation level. Tart finish and aftertaste.
