*HOPS ON TABLE* was inspired by the FrancoBelgo tradition of table beer. Pilsner & wheat malt, fermented with a Belgian yeast, and dry hopped with just a touch of cryo-Mosaic hops. The resulting beer has tons of lemon/lime citrus in the aroma with hints of clove and nutmeg. The flavor is subdued notes of pear and tropical fruit. 2.9% alcohol by volume, this is going to be a true warm weather crusher.

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a clear pale yellow with thin fizzy white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had wild yeast notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with floral spice start and a white grape finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a decent beer.....at 2.9% its very easy to all day this one.
