This table lager is a quietly expressive, Midwest-style lager brewed for balance and everyday drinkability. Built on French-inspired pilsner malt from Sugar Creek Malt Company, it is layered with a restrained hand of French Triskel hops for soft floral notes, gentle bitterness, and a clean, dry finish. Inspired by Savoy’s French namesake and the agricultural landscape that surrounds us.

Aroma is malts, spices, mild piney hops and a hint of vinegar/funk. The flavor is fruit, biscuit malts and a piney hops/mildly sweet/small hint of vinegar finish.
