A Microbrewery Club offering. Pours a gold color with a giant white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is citrus and grapefuit. Taste is sweet grapefruit with a tangy finish.

Clear golden amber with a white collar. Standard mosaic ipa smells: mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and slight earthy herbs to the bitters. Taste is watery in comparison, lemon and pineapple start any flavors with the hop bitters guiding the rest from the nose, but all so lightly. The weird part is the feel isn't as watery as the taste, sure it is thinner bodied but never fades out, hops are very pleasant on the finish

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a IPA glass at 47 degrees per bottle instructions.

Look- Medium gold, fine particulate sediment, hazy, sudsy white head, above average head retention and lacing.

Smell- Herbaceous, tangerine, papaya, melon.

Taste- Tangerine, melon, transitioning to a sharp pithy/herbaceous finish.

Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation, moderate bitterness.

Overall- Amazing head retention and lacing, but unbalanced sharp pithy flavor.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. Best by 12/31/20, so plenty fresh. Tavour shipment.

Looks excellent in the glass. Slightly dull golden yellow body with small fast streams of carbonation. Bright white head persists as a solid covering throughout. Very good lacing.

Aroma is a little musty and lightly perfume

Fortunately, the taste doesn't follow the nose. Hoppy, bitter, a little dry, some lemon hints. A touch of blueberry comes in right at the end.

Mouth closer to full than medium, finish a dry zesty bitterness.

Overall, an enjoyable drink. Sometimes aggressive, sometimes restrained, and a nice change from a recent barrage of NE ipas.

12 oz bottle, best by 12/10/20 into my Parish Teku.

Pours a halfway hazy/foggy honey-blonde body with a huge thick creamy cap of 2 fingers, receding at a moderate pace to 1, leaving lots of lace on the glass.

Aroma is wonderful and intoxicating. Tons of papaya, strawberry, and blueberry with some bready honey malt underneath.

Flavor definitely tastes like a Mosaic SMaSH beer. Very simple, yet delicious. Lemon and pineapple are the stars here, with lemon flesh/peel and bright pineapple core. Slight trailing notes of tangerine and papaya. The lemon is strong throughout, and leaves a lemon peel flavor on the finish. There is a slight herbal/grassy bitterness as well.

Feel is resinous and crisp, with a heavy carbonation and some pleasing medium warming alcohol. Medium bodied. Not really a juicy beer per se.

Overall, a well-done beer with no real issues or off-flavors. It's your basic Mosaic single hopped IPA, though doesn't quite stand up to the Mosaic giants like Homestyle and Yellow Rose. It's a bit too bitter to be as enjoyable as it could be, but I think if they softened the touch a bit and added some (more?) flaked oats, it would really be a home run.

Price paid : $1.79 / bottle
Would buy again : maybe

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has some hues of amber. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mangos and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has moderate flavors of stone fruit along with notes of mangos. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a little juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has a nice blend of tropical fruit hops.

750ml bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of tropical fruits and toasted caramel. Sweet citrus and caramel with a nice sharp bitterness.

Pours a foggy, hazy (not the opaque most label as hazy) orange with a finger and a half of white foam. Head retention is good with good lacing left behind. Aroma is citrus, papaya, mango, pomegranate, and herbal hops. Flavor profile is wonderfully crafted leading the palate through a gantlet of hops. Orange, mango, papaya, herbal, and resins. Mouth feel is a touch of harsh fizz, but carries a crisp feel. It has a medium thickness. Overall, a good IPA in a large format bottle. Fair for sharing or enjoying on your own.

Served in a 12oz snifter from a 750mL bottle.
