Drinking this at Brewmasters in Wilson NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks hazy golden yellow with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring with light lacing.
Smells lightly bready, wild, sour and sweet.
Taste follows the nose nicely
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall a very nice Farmhouse Ale-Saison that was quite crushable at an ABV of 5.0. I would definitely order again.
