This completely original brew was conceived by the apprentice brewmaster Heather - and remained on their menu for nearly a full year with tremendous popularity. This delicious, wheaty, unfiltered brew is bursting with the flavor of its namesake. Completely lacking any off-putting sweetness, this one is flavored unfiltered wheat beer done right. Refreshing and inviting- This variety got me through the fall and winter as I enjoyed their many events and awesome cozy atmosphere.
