L - another gusher, lost about 2/3 of the bottle. The rest of the pour was a murky golden color with a thin white head.
S - pepper, lemon zest, grass, ginger, cardamom, anise
T - lemon, bitter herbal, nutty aftertaste
O - sad that I lost so much of this bottle, I would have enjoyed sipping on this a little longer

Absolute gusher less than 2 weeks after release. Only about 10% was left after I cleaned everything up.

Bottle gushed all over
Earthy, wild yeast, floral, grass, lemon zest, white pepper, hint of sweetness, green apple
Overall, this seemed even better at Beer Temple. The classic Scratch yeast character is there. Bummed I lost a third of the bottle from gushing

Had on tap at the Beer Temple. It couldn't be fresher as Leaves was kegged one week ago. ABV listed as 5%.
An interesting saison, using leaves instead of heavy hops. (Hop alternatives are a good direction for saisons to go... especially in the States since American crafters tend to rely too much on hops.)
I'm calling Leaves one step past an experiment that worked. Refreshing after playing tennis and dry, peppery in the after-taste. The thinness actually was an asset. I look forward to having this with food and see if Leaves passes my true test as a saison.

Draft at the Beer Temple, part of a tasting event with Aaron and Marika from Scratch Brewing.
This was brewed with 33 varieties of fresh & dried leaves that filled three 15-gallon garbage cans.
Pale gold with a compact layer of foam, looser bubbles with some minor spotty lacing. Sharp clarity.
Botanical-driven but not identifiably "leafy". Sassafras was a main component, and that lends mild licorice.
Yeast and botanical flavors, mild licorice again from the sassafras, light yeast phenolics give it a dry peppery finish.
Clean and crisp, lighter bodied with supple carbonation. Pretty easy drinking and refreshing.
