Outstanding beer - easily the best beer ever made at Pan American Grill & Brewery.
The beer is rich and inviting without being overly sweet or sticky. A complex malt profile shines through with continued nuances from the many diverse malts used. The hop character is slight and vaguely noble. Yeast contributes a noticeable spiciness to the beer without being too distracting from the malt. While perhaps typical in the minds of many, the chocolate malt presence is very subdued in this beer which relies more on depth of malt combined with spice from the yeast and hops.
