An OK saison for an OK meal.
But, I'm really looking for good saisons to make OK meals better. And that is rare for a seven year old brewer to achieve.
Encouraging Word Looks very plain, too little foam. Smells are full of fruit, but not distinct enough to know what types. Tastes are similarly mixed-up and barely above average: balanced, but not distinct. Sufficient bubbles to clean my palate.
Discretion has one of the better websites for a seven year old. They push all the correct buttons; but, more importantly, they seem sincere. And for that, I give them some better than OK Overall Hugs. Cheers !
