A-Light straw yellow with a white head
S-There is a musty sparkling wine like aroma
M-High carbonation which lends a peppery note, light watery mouthfeel
T-Bananas and dryness. Weak sweetness and no real bitterness to speak of
O-For me this falls into a Belgian inspired farmhouse saison. I am not usually a fan and this has not changed my stance. It's like drinking a glass of white sparkling wine...not necessarily a bad thing...
