On tap At the source . Big hoppy nose, and hops are up front. This lessens the influence of a big yeast that follows as the saison. A bit above average mouthfeel derived from the yeast.

I get a lot of bubblegum in the nose, along with floral scents and a bit of light fruit. Flavour is similar. Bubblegum heavy, light fruits, some herbal flavours. Medium bodied, strongly carbonated, finishes quite dry. Not my style of saison. I suppose it is the particular yeast used, which gives me too much bubblegum. I liked last year's anniversary beer a lot, but this one doesn't work for me.
