Poured a 355ml can into a pint glass. A two finger white head on a cloudy pale apricot. The head soon diminished to a thin layer.
Fruity smells. Apricot.
Tastes of Fruit with prominent lemon notes. Quite a sour finish.
Light body and moderate carbonation.
A light refreshing sour ale. Worth a try.

Look: Hazy pale yellow. 1/2 finger head that dissipates to a tiny ring in a couple of minutes.
Smell: Sharp lemons with a hint of pepper. Citrus.
Taste: Lemons and limes, with a sweet undercurrent buried within. It definitely had a pucker Halloween candy sourness to it. Reminds me of the multi coloured chalky candy rolls wrapped in cellophane that were a staple of Halloweens back when I was a kid.
Feel: Pucker up. Light bodied, crisp and super dry, it plays all over the tongue and mouth.
Not what I want to reach for all the time, but for the right occasion like sitting on the dock mid summer afternoon this is hard to beat. I give it an A-

355 ml can served cold into a pint glass. LCBO purchase for about $3.75 CDN.
Appearance - Hazy, yellowy-peach colored brew with a small half finger of head on top. The head stays for a moderate amount of time, leaving behind minimal lacing.
Smell - Lemon, passionfruit and lime are most prominent, but it is a sweet aroma, with some sourness as opposed to being citrus sour dominated. Some musty floral notes in there too.
Taste - Lemon and lime sourness tartness throughout. Leafy hops and passionfruit and possible a touch of raspberry mid-sip. Crackery goodness at the end which is probably some permutation of lacto-goodness.
Mouthfeel - Reasonably light bodied, good spritzy carbonation and slightly dry finish.
Overall - A very solid wild ale that in my opinion is among the best produced in Ontario. Would highly recommend.

355 mL can from Superstore; dated May 3 2019, listed at 5.5% and served well chilled. This one was an unexpected but welcome find: I've liked every Left Field beer I've tried so far, yet only a small variety of their seasonals are actually distributed to this area.
Pours a foggy golden-yellow colour, generating half a finger of soapy, frothy white head that fizzles off in less than two minutes' time. A paper thin collar lives on, with a sparse spattering of lace having been flung about in the process; it's not much to look at, really. The lemony lacto sourness easily comes through on the nose, obscuring lesser notes of passion fruit, melon and lime, with floral, pithy hop notes completing the bouquet.
A fine DHS - it features a fruity hop-forward profile, also including plenty of lactic acidity which imparts a lemony, tart flavour. Beyond that, I'm getting hints of lime and grapefruit, as well as suggestions of passion fruit and (dilute) apple cider vinegar, overlapping with a clean, grainy, wheaty pale malt backdrop. The sip becomes pithier later on, with more lime and lactic acidity continuing through to the finish, but quickly weakening in the aftertaste - which starts off sour, lingering for a second or two before drying out. Light in body, with moderate carbonation levels that provide an appropriately crisp bite; feels frothy, lively and refreshing on the palate.
Final Grade: 4.11, an excellent A-. Left Field's Bang-Bang is exactly what I'm looking for from a dry-hopped sour - moderately intense acidity, with an interesting, varied hop profile that integrates wonderfully with said sourness. I don't know if it's on par with the likes of, say, Jelly King or Jam up the Mash, but it's certainly close enough to warrant inclusion in any conversation concerning Ontario's current DHS scene. The serving size is also just right for me, so I can overlook the fact that it costs as much as a tallboy of similar product. Worth entering my rotation, and I'll definitely keep an eye out for more.

Pours mid gold with a rather frothy head that collapses quickly to leave a ring. Aroma - slightly musty citrus. Flavour: a flavour bomb - lemon rind, grapefruit, musty, great balance.

Floral. The smell hits you with hops and a bouquet of flowers. Taste is definitely sour. It blends hops and sour nicely.
I like that you can taste a tiny bit of the malt. Underneath it's kind of a pilsner.
One of the best examples of this style from Toronto in the last year.
