Light honey in colour, hazy and a finger of white head.
Smells of caramel and a hint of malt, pine and fruitiness.
Tastes of caramel and a moderate bitterness, with pine and pineapple.
Medium body with little carbonation.
Drinking this at Alpine Brewery’s Tasting room in Alpine, CA, June 1st, 2019.

Had this as my first pint today at the Pub for $6.00.
Beer was served golden with a nice white head initially.
Nose was wonderful, melon, papaya, grapefruit, guava.
Taste was really well balanced. Pale malt base was reasonably on the lighter side. Hop profiles noticed were grapefruit, guava, melon. Ever slightest touch of pine in the finish.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall i think i like this one the best today - a very nice job packing that amount of flavor into a smaller beer. Nice job Alpine!

Took Nick out there on a recent trip and realized that Broken Tiles was the only one out of 19 on the board that I had not tried. So I got a half pint and went to reviewing.
Poured a golden yellow clear color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head when I got it. Some bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. Excellent spiderweb lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled Citra, floral, hints of Mosaic, cantaloupe, mango, melon and mandarin. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste followed the nose for the most part with Citra, floral, cantaloupe, bitter tropical rind, melon, mandarin and orange. (Taste - 4.00)
Light body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt, dry finish. (Feel - 3.75)
I think I overrated it a tad, but this was a good APA. (Overall - 4.00)
