(From notes made last month; I've been lax in in BA activity lately, so I'I'm just getting around to posting some of these)
Pours a fairly appetizing, slightly hazy lemon yellow, with a surprisingly persistent lacing. Aromas of lemons, white-wine vinegar, and a hint of grass dominate a delicate nose.
Taste is surprisingly mild for the style: mild, white-wine vinegar tartness mirroring the nose leads quickly to flavors of lemon zest, tartagon, grass, and a hint of spices, including nutmeg, allspice, and grains of paradise.
Milder than I generally like my sours to be, but surprisingly appetizing in its subtlety. Though it falls short of being truly noteworthy, it's a sight better than average, and I would drink this again, especially on a hot day.

Inspired by the clean, lactic tartness of the historic northern German ale, a backbone of wheat acts in perfect support for the tangy refreshment that overlays the palate and delights the senses with fruit and light earth.
The collaborative efforts of Siren and Fyne Ales yields a pale gold pour with a deep hazy appearance. As a delicate swirl of froth adorns the cap, its piquant aromas strike the nose with dry white wine, dried citrus and a musty cork-like perfume. Its wheaty taste embarks upon the palate with light bread, cookie dough and candied citrus.
The supreme tartness of the ale blooms across the middle, souring the palate with crisp lemon, lime, crabapple, sour grape and soft cidery notes. Stripping the palate from all thirst, the ale is playfully astringent as dry wood complexities build. Cork, balsa and sandalwood spice weave into the taste and offers a musken burlap character late.
Its crisp and refreshing finish is quick and clean, leaving behind only a faint echo of light bread and citrus. Its light body and effortless weight on the palate make it an ideal hot-weather beer, ideally suited to beat the heat and quench the thirst.
