Copenhagen 10/12 2019. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can design looks a bit like a Van Gogh painting gone wrong.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Settle as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity sweet with a dry citric presence. Light odor of sweet peach and pale malts. Stronger odor of citrus and grape fruit. Sour gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Lightly bitter. Finish is dry.
Fine nose but a bit thin in flavor.

Pours an unfiltered, pale golden color with a medium sized, stable head.
Smells of tropical fruits, enriched by a prominent lime presence and just a light hint of doughy malts.
Tastes of an aqueous softness, lighter, cakey malts and dry, lime defined hops. Has a rustic middle parts, with straw, more dough and dried garden herbs, among an even fainter maltiness. Finishes heavier on oranges, papaya and passion fruit, with a lasting interplay of lime and crackers.
Has a little more resemblence to a pale ale than to a Lager, but both styles blend together marvelously well. This features a powerful, well nuanced new world hoppiness, paired with a crisper herbal note and doughy malts.
