I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light haze and a thin layer if ivory foam. Not too bad.
Smell: fruity and grassy hop character with a mildly sweet malt background. I like the hops.
Taste: nice combination of grassy, tropical, fruity and herby. Mosaic is a good hop indeed.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: I like this beer quite a lot. It would be awesome if Standard bottled it.
