Rustic ale aged on sour cherries for 9 months before bottle conditioning with brettanomyces.

Dark cloudy ruby amber appearance
Has around a medium body with light carbonation.
Aroma is cherry juice, fresh cherries, sour tart funk, alcohol, cherry brandy
Taste is subdued in that nothing goes to the extreme. Sour ,tartness is upfront and lingers a long time. Some cherry juice,funk, slight dryness.
Overall its well done with the sour tartness dominating a little too much. But totally worth a try and am looking to try other offerings from this brewery based on how well done this beer was.

good sour beer , not very sour refreshing drink
