Collaboration with Knob Hill Tavern for Craft Brew Week.
Appearance: Cloudy amber in pint glass at Knob Hill Tavern in Newburgh, IN on Carson’s tap night.
Aroma: Definitely some watermelon here! Juicy, almost sweet and salty. Not nearly as weird as it sounds, though.
Taste: The hands-down most faithful watermelon infusion in a beer I’ve ever had. Really very much like a big slice of red, juicy watermelon that’s been soaked in a light wheat beer, but much better and more refreshingly drinkable than that sounds. Really impressive!
