On tap at Adroit Theory tasting room. The sixth of six in a flight of 3oz snifters. Pours dark brown to black with a tan head. Aroma is of roasted malt, dark chocolate, smoke, booze, and a whiff of the Serrano peppers. It is initially slightly sweet and smoky with the malt and chocolate front and center. The pepper hits the back of the throat on the swallow. Medium body, creamy texture, moderate carbonation, and a spicy dry finish.
