On tap:
Pours black (listed as SRM 41). Small bubble to foamy head builds up nicely and fades slowly. Head is medium tan, and provides a modicum of lacing. Nose is the sweet coffee drink it's named after, coffee, milk, caramel, and a somewhat dark chocolate "feel" than exact nose. Excellent!
The taste mimics the nose, but in a weaker way (see feel rating). The milk stout taste is fairly standard, but the coffee comes through I little less. The sweetness is less than the nose would indicate, which is good. The caramel comes through, but the dark chocolate comes through a bit more in the taste. The feel is a bit watery, unfortunately. Contrary to a bunch of dark beers, this one seems to work better a little chilled.
With some body, I think this could get close to a 4.5. However the style to me requires this feel that is missing.
