Had on tap at the brewery. Black as night in the glass with a relatively short head. Nose is of roasted malts and some hints of coffee and chocolate. Taste follows and is smooth on the palate. I bought a bottle and will revisit in the near future.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle at 50°F into a grand snifter.
Appearance: Black with a thin, tannish head and little or no lacing present
Smell: Wonderful nose. Very roasty, earthy initially followed seamlessly by cocoa and coffee
Taste: Is concurrent with the nose. Roasted malts are forward followed with distinct cocoa taste following, finally finishing with bitter coffee. The coffee lingers on the tongue for a minute.
Mouthfeel: Heavy and smooth with good carbonation
Overall: Roasty, bittersweet and earthy is my preference for bit stouts and this exemplified that. While the mouthfeel was thinner than other imperial stouts I have experienced it does not detract from the enjoyment of this one. Again, too bad their brews are one-offs because I would certainly make this apart of my rotation. Cheers!

On tap (Ghost 194):
Reviewed the original beer at straight 3.75
Let the pour sit a while to warm. Head billows, small bubbles more so than foamy, but wow does it last. Tan to dark tan in color, it does leave decent lacing.
Nose is a glaringly weak. It almost seems lightly tart and fruity than any expected roasted notes.
Taste has a similar questionable fruit slant to it. This seems much more like a black ale, or even black IPA (Porter isn't out of the pic). I can search and find some weak coffee notes, and there is a slight coffee bitterness near the end, but that's about it. Ignoring style discrepancies, the flavors are enjoyable. I get cola, rhubarb, earthy spices.
Feel was surprisingly somewhat silky give that the carbonation is prevalent. It did lack body, preventing a creamy feel, but it stood out to me for some odd reason.
Pretty close to a minor failure in style, but overall tastes were fine ignoring that.
