Sour cherry nose with some belgian yeast and funk. Upon tasting the sourness comes through right away. Not overly cherry heavy. The yeasty funkiness rounds this out to remind you it's a saison. Crips and refreshing. Boozy as it warms, but I've come to enjoy a boozy finish. A great sipper

ON tap at Adroit. Pours golden amber. Nice head. Tartness in the nose, light fruit. Cherry really comes out in the taste. Dry and slightly tart. Nice saison.
