I had a 4 ounce pour of this.
L- Poured dark black with a slight white head.
S- Smelled mostly bourbon.
T- A lot of bourbon, with a nice tart cherry on the finish.
M- nice mouthfeel. With minimal carbonation.
O - Really nice stout. Definitely a sipper.

On tap at brewery:
Almost a sour รก la Tart of Darkness, in some respects.
Dark brown, limited head but some lacing.
Nose is wonderful, bourbon balanced with undertones of roasted malt. After the taste, I can see some of what I thought were wood-tart notes might be coming from the cherries.
The nose makes the taste even more of a surprise, sour cherry explodes on the palate despite being well hidden in the nose. After the initial surprise, I could see how the cherry integrated into the beer without overwhelming it. However, it still seems a little heavy on the tartness, drowning out the muted bourbon notes that were so delectable in the nose. Teetered on giving a 4 here, but went lower on style (Imperial Stout is listed by brewer).
Feel is a bit slick, and obviously a tad puckering.
I really enjoyed the taste, but wished the bourbon and roast came through a little more in the taste.
