The beer pours some white head that dissipates quickly and doesn't leave much. The beer itself is a clear medium gold. While it's a bit deep for the style, it still has a very nice look to it.
The smell has a nice and moderate lemon peel note mixing with a slightly sweet and tarty little peach. The Belgian yeast note definitely comes out a bit with a moderate bread smell.
The taste has the same notes as the smell but the peach is definitely strong and a little bit more tart; a note that is fantastic with the lemon peel. The lemon peel gives it a nice fresh bitterness to the beer.
The feel is nice. The beer has a medium body with biting carbonation. It is on the lighter side of medium bodied. It has a smooth, yet slightly syrupy feel to it.
This beer is fantastic when it's fresh and goes great with a nice day. The peach definitely adds something and the lemon peel is a very nice touch.
